- Built and deployed predictive surfaces (perception-divergence verdict model, win-probability, Monte Carlo simulations) and a unified Heritage design system v2.1 across web and iOS — covering 550+ files with zero legacy tokens, enforced by automated cron-fired sabermetric recomputes every six hours and nightly.
- Packaged the platform into Pro and Enterprise tiers (API access, custom exports, agent-ready endpoints) with Stripe-keyed authentication and Firebase subscriber storage — designed the conversion funnel partnership-ready rather than self-only, supporting fans, scouts, and media buyers without contractor support.
